The Township of Upper St. Clair has implemented a temporary closure of the Community & Recreation Center at Boyce Mayview Park (C&RC) as well as the Upper St. Clair Library, effective Saturday, March 14, 2020.

The Township administrators recognize the inconvenience that users of the C&RC and Library will face, and appreciate your understanding of this difficult decision. The health and well-being of our community is top priority. Allowing these facilities to remain open would serve to counteract the efforts of the Upper St. Clair School District and our neighbors to minimize the potential spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Cozy Up With Books is our ladies morning book discussion group. The group meets selected months throughout the year. Copies of the discussion books are available in the library. Please read the book prior to the meeting. New participants are welcome!
