The Township of Upper St. Clair has implemented a temporary closure of the Community & Recreation Center at Boyce Mayview Park (C&RC) as well as the Upper St. Clair Library, effective Saturday, March 14, 2020.

The Township administrators recognize the inconvenience that users of the C&RC and Library will face, and appreciate your understanding of this difficult decision. The health and well-being of our community is top priority. Allowing these facilities to remain open would serve to counteract the efforts of the Upper St. Clair School District and our neighbors to minimize the potential spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Join artist B.J. Kruman for an introduction to the fascinating Japanese art form of kumihimo, a braiding technique from the time of the samurai. In this session, we'll add a closure clasp to our satin braided necklaces or bracelets.
