Student Volunteer Sophia Henderson Presents: All About Horses for K-4 In-Person
Horse lovers in Kindergarten-4th grade are invited to join student volunteer Sophia Henderson as she tells you all about horses as part of her IB MYP diploma project.
Sophia will use a model of a horse to teach anatomy, simple veterinary practices. She will also bring in some of her horse-riding and care supplies including her saddle! All participants can expand their knowledge with worksheets and coloring pages, and ask Sophia all about her experience riding and caring for horses.
This program is 30-minutes long.
