Library Adventurers for Kids Going into 4th-5th Grades In-Person
Join the Library Adventurers each Thursday at 5pm for hands-on STEAM activities, games, and more! For students going into 4th-6th grades.
June 13 – Go on a fantasy quest with The Last Mapmaker and design a dragon’s egg.
June 20 – Take a road trip with Mexikid and build a marble run.
June 27 – Train with The Misfits and play a variety of board games to test your skills.
July 11 – Travel back in time with The Color of Sound and see what instruments you can create with Makey Makey.
July 18 – Fly high (or test your invisibility) with Bruce Wayne: Not Super discovering your superhero talent and create a comic book.
July 25 – Hone your detective skills with The Swifts with word plays and other mystery games.
August 1 – Climb a mountaintop with Eagle Drums and create a Iñupiat Native Alaskan art project.
August 8 – Amp up your survival skills with It’s the End of the World and I’m in My Bathing Suit using Snap Circuits.
August 15 – We’ll end the summer reading program with The Human Kaboom a few explosively fun science experiments.
